Oh how I love a baby in a teddy bear bonnet. I have been dying to get my youngest son out for these pictures since he was old enough to sit. I worked with a wonderful prop vendor to create the perfect set to fit my vision of Samuel sitting with our giant Vermont Teddy bear in the woods. Finally the weather in Cincinnati decided to warm up long enough for me to brave taking all three kids onto my favorite trail at Ault park for a super quick photo shoot. I was so pleasantly surprised to find these sweet yellow flowers blooming to create the perfect image I had in my head. I hope you love these images as much as I do. Happy First Birthday, Knox!

This little leprechaun had so much fun at his first birthday, St. Patrick’s Day cake smash session. Even though his birthday isn’t for another week, we decided to celebrate early! Knox is actually my second client who shares a birthday with the St. Patrick’s Day holiday, crazy yeah?!  I was over joyed when his Mom contacted me about setting up a custom cake smash for him with a St. Patrick’s Day theme!  She and I exchanged ideas over Pinterest and finally settled on a design. I love being a Cincinnati Cake Smash Photographer! Creating these amazing sets and then seeing it all comes together makes my heart fill with joy<3 Three Sweet Girls Cakery in Cincinnati, Ohio, created the perfect cake for our session. Not only was it gorgeous, it was delicious too 🙂 There really is nothing better than watching a kid eat a cake that is almost as big as they are.

Tucker wasn’t always the happiest customer during his session, but as soon as mom and dad held him he calmed right down. And doesn’t he look cute in his sports gear!? Mom and Dad are both Auburn grads so we had to incorporate some Auburn flare into the session. I loved how the helmet shot turned out; he fits in it so perfectly in grandpas old helmet <3!

Aiden had so much fun during his first birthday cake smash session! He dove right in and didn’t hesitate to try out that cake. And since he was a bit of a dirty bird after cake time, we had a bath to get him all cleaned up before he went home – complete with rubber ducky!

Miss C moved here with her family at the end of June from Georgia. I am so excited to have them part of the Cincinnati community. This session turned out being one of my favorite so far this season. The warm glow of the sun makes me swoon and enhances the gorgeous fall colors. And anyone who follows me on Facebook knows, the only thing I love more than fall family sessions, are fall family sessions just before sunset! Having a beautiful family to top off the gorgeousness of the evening, made this session a photographers dream <3

The last time I got to hang out with this family, Charlie (now two) was celebrating her first birthday 🙂 Since then they have added sweet baby Knox to the family!
