Meet William

As Cincinnati’s Newborn Photographer, I have the great pleasure of hosting so many beautiful families in my studio! William was born on, July 10th 2017, to his lovely parents Rebekah & Nate.
This handsome baby boy was born weighing 9lbs. 1oz. & was 21in. long.

Wiliam is the perfect mixture of his parents, and they just adore him so.

William has a beautiful big sister who couldn’t help but tell us all how much she loved her big brother the entire session.

At 9 days new, William surprised us all, by being completely asleep for almost his entire session!

I definitely didn’t mind a bit, as he just let me pose him however I wanted..

Hang on to these precious memories, mommy and daddy – William’s going to grow into a big boy right before your very eyes!

Introducing Henry

Congratulations to Katie and Kevin on the birth of their beautiful baby boy, Henry.

Henry was an absolute pleasure to host at my studio, but sessions aren’t always that easy. Once a client schedules a photo session with me, I send them a copy of my welcome guide that includes all of the details they need to make their session incredible.

Here are my top five tips to making your Cincinnati Newborn session amazing:

1. Book your session as soon as possible! Photos must be taken in the first 14 days of baby’s life. This allows me to capture those squishy, snuggly poses that you’ll cherish forever. Photos are scheduled based on your due date and have total flexibility based on when baby actually decides to arrive.
2. A full belly makes babies happy! The first thing I’d love for you to do when you arrive is to relax and enjoy my beautiful studio. (It’s going to be warm to keep baby cozy, so be sure to dress in layers for your own comfort.) The second thing on your list… feed the baby. Take your time (I’ve planned for this!) and let me know if you need anything to make yo more comfortable. Let me know when baby is full and we’ll get started.
3. Don’t let poo scare you! Sounds silly, I know. But poo happens. It happens in those really cute outfits I’ve prepared for your little one and on my fuzzy blankets. I’m not afraid of it and I don’t want you to be either. Just relax and let me worry about those fun little surprises. I follow baby’s lead during all of my sessions and will stop for soothing, changing, feeding, whatever baby needs.
4. If we’re taking sibling photos, let’s do those early! I love capturing new big brothers and sisters as they oooohh and ahhhh over the new baby in the house. If these are on your list of “must haves”, let me know and we’ll make sure to take these first. This ensures that we have everyone’s full attention and that the little ones haven’t grown impatient by the time we get to their big moment.
5. If there’s something specific you want, let me know! Colors, props, outfits… if you see something in my portfolio that you absolutely love, tell me about it! Creating amazing photos that you’ll cherish forever is my passion. Tips on things you love will help me plan accordingly, so don’t be afraid to share.

Meet Giselle

It’s a true blessing  to be a Cincinnati, Ohio newborn photographer.  I love what I do and spending the morning with this sweet girl and her family was so much fun. 

Giselle was a true joy to have in the studio and I loved all the sweet snuggles. Aside from taking a quick eating break, this little lady slept through her entire session making my job a breeze! Check out some of my favorite images from Giselle’s session below. Isn’t she a beauty?!

As I snuggled sweet Giselle close, it made me think about all of the precautions I take to keep these babies healthy. • My props are handmade from the highest quality fabrics.
• In terms of posing, safety is my #1 concern.

Introducing Avery

Being a Cincinnati, Newborn Photographer comes with certain perks! I am usually one of the first people contacted when families announce the birth of their child! So let me start by saying, a big congratulations to Jessica and Colin on the birth of their sweet baby girl, Avery! She was born on March 23rd weighing 5lbs 8oz.

One of the best parts about being a Cincinnati, Newborn Photographer is meeting new families. I had the pleasure of hosting this beautiful family at my studio in Cincinnati last week. Avery was exactly 15 days old when we met, just perfect for the sleepy and snugly newborn photography poses. Her sweet and gentle nature made this session so much fun to work on!

All too often, parents stay tucked behind the camera doing their best to capture memories of their little ones as they grow. While this is better than not having any photos at all, it seems like someone is constantly left out.

This stage is so very short that I always encourage both mom and dad to be in a few of the photos during our Cincinnati Newborn Photography sessions. This gives me the opportunity to capture images of everyone together and create keepsakes that the family will cherish forever.

One of the most memorable moments during Avery’s session was when the proud big sister joined the photos. We’d been planning these pictures for weeks and I love how they turned out!

The love Jessica has for her daughter just poured out of her. Everyone talks about the glow that expecting mothers have while pregnant, but this mama was glowing like crazy with the baby in her arms – exuding grace and admiration as she held sweet Avery.

Newborn photography is my passion and I am so thankful for every opportunity to work with the sweet babies of Cincinnati, Ohio. Being a Cincinnati, Newborn Photographer is the best job ever! Meet Juliet

Oh. My. Goodness!  Look at this sweet angel!

Juliet’s in-home newborn session was a Cincinnati, Ohio Newborn Photographer’s dream come true. Upon arriving for Juliet’s newborn session, I was struck by her beautiful eyes and tiny little features. Her sweet little wisps of hair made my heart swoon. Juliet is one of the most content newborns I have ever had the privilege to photograph. Look at this sweet session. I think you’ll agree… she’s as cute as they come!

Awwww… Look at him!

Newborn session’s make my heart so happy. There’s nothing better than the sweet smell of a brand new baby! Jacob’s Cincinnati, Ohio Newborn session was a photographers dream session. I just love being a Cincinnati, Ohio Newborn Photographer! I have been photographing this sweet family since big brother, Liam turned one. Liam has grown into such a great big brother and he loves his baby brother so much. Jacob’s parents are equally smitten. I mean look at that sweet face! Can you blame them?!

Mommy brought all the cute hats for this session, they worked perfectly! Unlike many babies, Jacob slept through his entire session and didn’t mind all the wardrobe and posing changes. Jacob loved being wrapped and cuddled which resulted in some super adorable images. We photographed this session in the front room of this family’s home right in Daddy’s office and it worked perfectly! I couldn’t have asked for a easier or a better session <3

Kim and Will, thank you for trusting me to capture Jacob’s first portraits. He is so adorable and perfect in every way! I loved seeing Liam as a big brother and spending the morning with you guys. I can’t wait to see you guys for the next milestone sometime soon!

Introducing Keller

One of the best parts of being a Cincinnati Newborn Photographer is meeting my best friends for the first time! Miss Keller was such a sweet little bundle of joy during her newborn session. She slept like a dream for her session and was the perfect newborn model. Keller loved being posed and wrapped. This made some beautiful images.

I am so thankful for my dear friend Tera for referring this sweet family to me. I loved snuggling this sweet bundle and playing with Keller’s amazing big sister.

Introducing McKenna!

Being a Cincinnati Newborn Photographer is one of the best jobs ever!  I love meeting brand new families with sweet adorable newborns. Miss McKenna was such a sweet little bundle of joy during her newborn session. She didn’t want to miss a second of the excitement and gave my best sleepy baby tactics a run for their money. McKenna loved being swaddled and held in her Mamas arms which made for some beautiful images. I am so thankful for Charlotte’s family for referring this sweet family to me.

Alena’s newborn session was something out of a dream. This little lady slept the entire time. Seriously not even a single peep out of her. She let me pose, wrap, and move her how I wished which resulted in some pretty awesome images and a lightning fast session! Cole’s newborn sessions was so sweet and big sister Anna just made my heart melt. I have been photographing this sweet family since their daughter Anna was just a few days old and if you remember, I just photographed her 2nd Birthday session a few weeks before her baby brother arrived. I am so fortunate this sweet little family has decided to allow me to capture another one of their children’s first year with the Watch Me Grow package.
